Shipping Related

Q: Is it free shipping outside of UK? 

A: UK free, but some charges for EU or US area, it depending deliver locations. 

Q:How long about shipping process? and Tracking number?

A: Normally item will dispatch in 6 hours, and 2-4 days by Royalmail in UK. 4-7days in EU area. also you will get a notification once the items post out. 

Q: Do I need to pay customs and tax？
A:Customs clearance cost, duties, VAT and other tax will be paid by the customer if there is. These charges are issued by the local government. Failure to pay will result in the item being destroyed and customer will not be entitled to a refund. 

Hangers Related

Q:I can not find the Hanger for my bike which it is in website lists.

A:It could be 2 problems. First, out of stock. Second, we didn't put it on the listing. Please email us adv7075@gmail.com and we will try our best to find it for you. But, we will update and release our latest hanger on our website.

Q: Will it works on my SRAM or CP derailleur? 

A: No sorry, it ONLY works on the Shimano shadow derailleur( DURAACE R9200 R9100/ ULTEGRA R8100 R8000/105 R7100 R7000/ GRX RX810 RX400. including 11 speed and 12 speed, mechanical and Di2 electronic).

Q: Any difference between your ‘Adv7075’ and ‘Sigeyi’ hangers?

A: Basically no difference, all of the hangers are using 7075 aluminum, the accuracy and size are same on your bike.
